hand-polished petrified wood, the Petrified Wooden Sphere is ideal

Petrified wood is the result of permineralisation which turns
wood to stone. The process takes place when wood becomes buried
under sediment or volcanic ash and is preserved due to lack of
oxygen.
As a result, each of these decorative pieces are one-off
products and will vary in appearance, some lighter, some darker, as
the original wood grain dictates.
